The Protocol

Whether you have an upcoming consultation or are still undecided on whether an Ayurvedic consultation is the right thing for you, here's some information you'll find useful in order to prepare/decide.

Per Ayurveda, you aren't what you eat...You are what you digest. You digest not only food, but also thoughts and other subtler environmental aspects. Inappropriate inputs as well as disturbances to the "digestion", both result in imbalances causing disease.

Ayurvedic approach to healing is 3-pronged.

FOOD

lifestyle

herbs

The protocol given to you, considering your constitution as well as the health issues being experienced and will include recommendations regarding your:

Food/diet - what to include/exclude, specific ways to consume, etc.
Lifestyle - general routines and schedules, incorporation of Yoga and/or exercises, etc.
Herbs - individual/combination of products to support your health

It is important that all 3 aspects are equally regarded to ensure healthy and balanced living, free of disease.
